What businesses ask before committing to an AI assessment.
What do I actually receive at the end?
Six written deliverables: a current-state process map, a ranked use-case shortlist with scoring shown, data and systems readiness findings, a phased implementation roadmap, risk and compliance flags, and effort estimates for each phase. They are written in plain language and they are yours to keep.
Who from our team needs to be involved?
The people who actually perform the work, plus whoever owns the systems involved. Leadership sets the goals, but the useful detail, the workarounds, the exceptions, the steps nobody wrote down, lives with the staff doing the task every day.
What if the assessment concludes we are not ready?
Then that is the finding, and the roadmap becomes a prioritized list of what to fix first: data cleanup, process documentation, systems that need to be able to talk to each other. That is a legitimate and useful outcome, not a failed engagement.
Do we have to implement with Kehr Technologies afterward?
No. The roadmap is written to be actionable by any competent implementer, including your own internal team. We would like to do the work, but the assessment is not structured as a lead-in that you cannot walk away from.
How much of our staff's time will this take?
Materially less than the implementation would. The bulk of the demand is a set of interviews with the people who run the reviewed processes, plus access to the systems and data review. We schedule around your operating Thours rather than through them.
Is our business data safe during the assessment?
Yes. The same cybersecurity practices, access controls, and data-handling standards we apply to our managed IT and HIPAA-regulated clients apply here. Where an assessment touches regulated or client-confidential data, we scope the access narrowly and document it.

An assessment is professional services work, so its price follows scope, how many processes we examine, how many systems they touch, and how many people we sit down with. We give you that number in writing after one conversation, before anything is committed.

We quote assessments as a single agreed figure rather than hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Existing managed IT clients pay less, because we already know the environment.
It is separable from the build
The roadmap is yours whether or not we implement it. We price the assessment to stand alone precisely so it can tell you not to proceed without costing us the engagement.
